High quality concept standing for better work management.  The vertical beaters spread manure  over 8 to 10 m wide lines, thereby reducing the number of passages.  The big wheels give a low resistance to traction, a better carry capacity and an outstanding driving ease on agricultural ground.  Better effects:  fuel saving and soil structure protection.

Safety

Spreading
  • 2 vertical beaters with 8 mm (E4 beater) or 12 mm (E2 and E3 beaters) thick spirals.
  • Beaters: 8 mm tube - Ø 60 mm shaft.  Spirals welded below/above and continuously over the whole height.  Beaters supporters by a bearing box (oscillating bearings) and a flexible coupling between on models from 12 T to 20 T.
  • Removable and reversible teeth made of special steel.  Manure is cut askew because the steel teeth are cut askew too, it cuts the manure with the end of the teeth only (not with the flat part) = POWER SAVING.
  • Teeth mounted in a U-piece (55x15 mm) (Exception: E4 beater) and is reversible - teeth resistance: 150 kg/m².  Protection making it easier to remove the strings; ropes (standard on E2 beater).

Spreading width limitation board (option)
In option, the spreader can be fitted with a spreading width limitation board with hydraulic control (on the left-hand side).  This equipment is not compatible with a spreading canopy.

In option, a campost canopy can fit all models of the Tornado range 2.
Equipment for specific spreadings (On E2 Beater)

In option, the Tornado 2 from 11 to 18 T can be equipped with accessories making it easier to spread specific products, and improving the quality of the work being carried out:
  • Separator mounted on a hinge (with shear bolt) to spread dungs, compost...
  • 1 part canopy (stainless steel bottom and adjustable board)
  • 2-part canopy (stainless steel bottom and adjustable board) with hydraulic opening control of the two doors and the board (3 DA).  The doors open with an angle of +/- 180°.  The spreading width can be limited on the left thanks to the door and lower board.
Moving Floor
